I like your current logo, perhaps a bit changes. You don't like it?

My current logo was created by a designer at Design Crowd. I love it and it is difficult to look at others. However, that designer copied another company that owns that design. The design is essential identical to a company called "Blue Kangaroo". I can't have a design owned by another company. I was very disappointed and Design Crowd is doing this contest at their cost in order to make things right. I thought that they executives at Design crowd had explained that to designers.

There are only three of them, and the file with the logo is png file not a vector. But that will also do the job. Thank you
