I can see you have extended the deadline while you look for the right design. I'd really like to see this through if that's alright with you? I realise you have a fair few submissions from me already but if we've not quite found that "x factor" yet then I'd hate to give up the search!

I'm quite tempted to return to the fundamentals if I'm honest. Do you think you could tell me a little more about the service Button-Down BBQ provide, and most importantly, to who? Who is your target market?

Are there any drivers or values behind your company you feel are missing from the designs on the table which should be represented in your new logo? Even small things can have a huge impact. Perhaps something quite obvious is being missed?

Sorry for the interrogation! I'd just like to see it through and deliver somethingbthat you'll hopefully love!

Thank you for your submissions and for following up.  Buttondown bbq is comprised of three middle aged guys who have white collar, professional day jobs that generally require button-down dress shirts.  We donate our time and money to non-profits that want our smokey goodness served at fundraisers and other events to help raise money for their causes.  On the surface we are three professionals catering to other professionals.  But if you dig a little deeper, we want to help fundraising efforts for those in need, spend time together with our families and make and eat lots of bbq.

From a design standpoint, we would be open to about anything pig or no pig.  Just trying to find that one.

Yes thanks very, very much for the further info - I feel terrible having to admit it but the charitable element to what you do is something quite huge and I'm sorry to have missed it! Overall I am seeing a business that should emphasise it's strong principles, it's community spirit as well as it's energy and enthusiasm for barbecue as a culinary and social centrepiece. I think this could be a great influence on some further revisions. So for that reason I'm delighted to see you have extended the deadline. Sorry but we've had some personal concerns to attend to in the last week which have needed attending to but I'm going to start turning some thoughts into product for you ahead of Monday's deadline.

I talked to the partners and so far the one with the button down white shirt pig is the best.  Still would like to see something else without the pig.  Maybe a little more sophisticated.  We weren''t a fan of the last one with the flaming button and the round ones with the pig weren''t the best.
