We are a full service beach home property management company. We provide Home Inspections, Building Projects, Kitchen and Bathroom Upgrades, Deck and Porch Construction, Plumbing-Electrical Repairs, Home Winterizing, Rental Damage Repairs, Winter Security Property Checks, Interior and Exterior Painting, Rental Maintenance Service Calls, Exterior Construction Upgrades.
We have been in business since 1998.

We would like to convey somehow that they can leave their usually very expensive 2nd home to us and we will take care of everything. Would even entertain a slogan of some kind.
