What information and text would you want on the flyer or are you simply looking for a template

I am looking for a sales postcard, something that "pops"  we need to increase our sales particularly in the commercial janitorial division.  i was hoping to get a mailer that would convince facility managers to contact us to quote their needs.  thank you
