Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a company logo. Our company is a small, family owned real estate development company. We specialize industrial buildings, many of which are older.
We need a logo that represents who we are: simple, honest, maybe a bit old-fashioned.
The file attached below is an idea I came up with that incorporates a saw-tooth roof design, which is not uncommon in our type of properties. It could be used as an example of what would appeal to us, though it obviously is incomplete and inadequate. But it does not have to include this idea - it can be totally different.
The second file attached is our current letterhead. It would be great if the design could also co-exist with the company name and descriptive words.
