Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We would like a NEW logo designed for a residential community of apartments and residences located in Sydney, Australia. The Development is called "City Quarter" The logo will be used primarily on the soon to be launched Community Association website, and also on potential site signage and documentation.
City Quarter is a great place to live and we would like our logo to communicate a sense of community.
Whilst the logo may incorporate colour, we prefer a logo that is effective without colour.
It should be squarish and compact and include the words "City Quarter".
It can possibly (but not necessarily) include the initials of City Quarter - "C Q" as per the attached "Old logo"
Some background on City Quarter:
City Quarter is a community located in the heart of Camperdown on the site that was formerly the Royal Alexandra Hospital for Children. The site is rich in heritage and contains a number of mementos of its historical roots. Today it is a thriving community of over 1,000 apartments and 13 townhouses. Two of our buildings are heritage listed
City Quarter has a number of facilities available for residents including an indoor and outdoor pools, gyms and a meeting room. There are also business tenants such as the café, restaurants and convenience store that are open to the public.

Reason: We are meeting this evening to review the submitted designs to date and provide feedback to designers. Hence we are extending the deadline for 10 days to allow designers to respond to geedback and refine designs...

Reason: The final amendments to the brief have been made. The logo requires the words City Quarter rather than just the initials. Apologies to all designers. Regular feedback will be provided during the last week.
