Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Existing financial services company in Melbourne, Australia needing a brochure design. We have an idea for the type of layout we want, but looking to the designer to help realize it.
We want the brochure to convey how professional we are and for the reader to feel trust and security.
The service this brochure covers is around a concept of Automated Wealth - i.e. how to get rich without thinking about it.

I've attached two documents:
1) AutomatedWealth.doc - this is the content for the brochure with some rough drawings and diagrams. The drawings are only rough ideas of the way I want to represent the content. Please re-draw these but theme them consistently.
2) EYPartners design(concept).doc - this is another rough design we had drafted up in the past that never went through for design. I've included this as an indication as to how we'd like this done and ideas like emphasising certain phrases on colourful sections or whole blank pages to draw attention to phrases or sentences for the reader.

Specifications:
- Communicate wealth, growth, security/safety and trustworthiness.
- Design to be ready to print professionally.
- Please include some stock imagery as appropriate/ where appropriate.
- Please include soft copy that can be distributed in say for example, *.pdf format.
- Original design files required so we can make alterations if required.
