Icon-Design Kurzbeschreibung

e are launching a new iPhone app called "The Pocket Pharmacist" and are looking for some simple creativity. The application is a common man's guide to prescription medications in a "just the facts ma'am" format.
We have envisioned a blue square with a pocket on it that has the letters "Rx" on it. We have toyed with the idea of putting an iPhone in the pocket also, but since the icon will so small, you may not be able to see it. This is just what we had in mind, but are open to something else as long as it is simple like most app icons. Also, we are not looking for the name to be featured in the icon.
According to the specs,when iOS displays your application icon on the Home screen of a device, it automatically adds the following visual effects:
Rounded corners
Drop shadow
Reflective shine (unless you prevent the shine effect)

So please keep this in mind when designing.
