We require CSS specs for all type elements, i.e. all headlines, lists, body text, etc.,  everything that will appear on either the home page or the interior page.  You do not have to layout the div tags.  We will get that from the design; but you do need to specify all typography, including different size headlines that might be necessary to be used.  So you will need to show a page with text similar to one shown on the site.

There is no need to provide three nearly similar designs.  We can make a judgment based on one.  Focus on the home page and be sure to show how the long list of menu items will be handled.
