Postkarten-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a fresh, modern and contemporary "Just Sold" postcard for 2 Residential Income Properties located in South Pasadena, California. We would like to feature two buildings on a 2 sided -postcard. The two buildings can be located on the front of the postcard or one building can be featured in front and the other can be featured on the back.


The dimensions of the post cards are

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• The postcard must have 2 sides and use all the photos we have attached. Designer can be creative and place 2 buildings in front of the post card or a building on each side. "Just Sold" must be listed on the Front of the Post Card. Company Logo must be featured on each side. On the Back of the Post card should list the following names.

Schön zu haben

• Logo should be located at the same location on each side of the post card . The contact information should be placed on the 2nd Page of the Postcard.
  
  Also, bullet points featuring the Properties can be placed on the Front of the Post Card (Description will be provided).
  
  Please see the 1401 Ocean Avenue Flyer that we picked a few weeks ago for a theme we are looking for. We like it fresh, contemporary and nice fonts.
