A new organization based in southern California – A Perfect Day – needs a dynamic logo design that embodies “finding the good in every day, even on bad days.” A Perfect Day defines its mission as empowering children and their families to live well and find perfection; within the imperfections of living with illness. A children’s music album represents A Perfect Day’s first product offering, designed to build up the power of play and the joy of camp into medicine. The album’s music suggests healing imagery: a bird soaring upward, changing seasons’ beauty and hope, and kids at play holding up the earth. With this in mind, the logo design should convey playfulness, optimism and resilience. Similarly, the project invites a soft, healing and joy-oriented color palate. The logo design must allow flexibility for easy application across digital media, promotional items and future product packaging.
