i think what Project Owner mean by "Graphical Profile" is Branding Guidelines..

We have updated the guidelines with some further information about what we are looking for.

Sorry for not providing this up-front, but this is a discovery process for us as well.

We do not want to provide graphic profiles for reference as do not want to limit your creativity too much.

We have also clarified that we meant "branding guidelines" and not "graphical profile".

Sorry for the delay in feedback.

We are two persons at different locations that need to convene in order to provide feedback. 
We plan to go through the designs submitted early this coming week (April 14-15)..

Designers, beware ... DesignCrowd site completely filled by lazy scammers who want someone else doing their job for free!
There are many other sites where security service works much better and check all the employers data!
