We are providing a service that has field technicians streaming live video and audio back to senior technicians in a central location. These senior technicians will then guide the field techs through an equipment problem and provide a solution using audio and video with the ability to do a screen capture and make notations on it. A bold design with blues and oranges. Our solution leverages new technology that removes the need to send more technical resources into the field. We would like to incorporate a smart phone and/or tablet in the logo.

We will be selling this service to executives of appliance companies or cable companies. They'd prefer to fix the broken equipment remotely instead of sending additional technicians to the equipment.
