Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a new consulting, integration and software development company called "Mozaic." This firm will focus on the Media & Entertainment industry, although this does not really need to be clear from the logo.

Ideally, the logo would be either the letter "M" or the entire word "Mozaic" spelled out in a mosaic pattern. The colors could be muted and somewhat random, evocative of an antique italian mosaic. Or it could be modern and bright in color. Either way, it is OK for the logo to look intricate, so long as it is elegant. The logo can be more or less two dimensional, although shadows are OK.

The logo should look like a mosaic or puzzle that is almost completed. That is, some of the pieces could be visible outside the mosaic in a random placement - as if an artist was interrupted just before completing the mosaic.

Ideally, the logo needs to allow the addition of an additional word below the logo to describe a few different descriptive offerings. For example, the word media may be placed below the logo. Or the word consulting. Or the word software. Or the word services.

Ideally the logo would also be made into a 16x16 favicon.
