It does address my question, thank you for clarifying the scope.
Unfortunately properly codding a theme for Wordpress, and make the website work would also include installing plugins to handle the slideshows and every other functionality... which also means you need to customize how they look to fit the website theme.

As you might have guessed this is something that does take allot of time, the time needed to develop the website far exceeds the time to design it. I will have to sit this one out due to the budget constrains.

And believe me, i will be amazed if someone delivers you what you are looking for, i mean, someone delivers you a quality website not just a "website".
