I am not sure how the participant Payment works. what does it mean US $15? why is this amount shown?

the particapation payment is a $15 payment  that you give to a designer who wants to make a design. if you want to know how to give out a payment you have to ask design crowed sorry i dont know. the # 1on the side of the screen shows how many  particapation payments are left in this case 1 is left. I hope this was useful to you.          -mariam alata

No one needs to be invited to start a design for a contest. The invitation payment is to entice a designer to work on the contest.  If you (the person that started the contest) look through someones portfolio and you like the work, then you should invite them with the invite payment.  If someone asks for an invite payment, you should look at their portfolio and decide if you like the work they have done.
