Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for an IT staffing and recruiting company. Not your run of the mill, block head, suit and tie, boring stiffs. Fun, energetic, team oriented, web 3.0 ish, "I'll remember that", can make it fun during different seasons, we're cool, but we get the job done, type of logo. The colors I'm going for are a soft blue (not baby blue, but an easy on the eyes, smokey/silver type blue".

I don't want it to scream "tech recruiter" as much as I do, "cool company, what do you do?"

Most of our tech is run in the cloud (sales force), 99% of our client base will be technology companies. I hope this helps.
