Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am a consultant looking to develop his brand 'renewable specialist' through website and business card branding.
I am looking for a logo design that reflects a forward looking dynamic and going places organisation.
i am heavily involved in the renewable energy and environmental sector and engage in wind, wave, tidal, solar and biomass. I also run www.renewableseast.org.uk and heavily invovled in creating orbisenergy (http://www.orbisenergy.net/) and http://www.lcdi.org.uk/.

The key thing is to get the balance between business focus that is clearly energy related with deep green environmentalism that I am keen to avoid

Please note that this logo will be used on business card, web design, letter headers etc. 

The colour used need to be able to be the central pillar of the brand. 
It would be interesting to see how the logo would look on business card etc.

Thanks for all your effort - I have been really impressed by the quality of design, how well you have interpreted by vague design and adaptations offered following my comments.


It has provided me with a real challenge to select a winner - i got down to my favourite 20 and frankly I would have been happy with any one of them.

I am now looking to eliminate down to 3 - sorry if you didnt win but its greatly appreciated and I am sure you endeavours will gain reward in the future.

I will likely be looking for a business card design and web design in near future....
