Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a logo for a new company based in Perth Western Australia called Workshop Consultancy. I am a small company that provides customised human resource services and people management solutions/advice to small business. I solve the problems that keep small business owners up at night. For example, I make sure they are complying with Australian workplace law. The values are affordablility, accessibility and trustworthiness. I work with them as a partner and establish long term relationships as they grow their business. I also design and run training and develop teams and individuals.

Not sure about colours, like the idea of blue/grey/silver as they imply professionalism but not an expert in design so will be guided.

In terms of the name and imagery, a little history. I am a daughter of italian immigrants. My father, grandfathers and all my uncles started working in a place called the Midland workshops which is where i got half of my name. My family left Italy after the war and drummed into us that they left to find a better life for their children. So for me the name is a bit of a tribute to them as it has synergies to the work I do which is run a lot of training "workshops". I told you this cause when I recently saw the roofs of the workshops they have saw tooth roofs. I was envisaging incorporating the image of the saw tooth roof in my logo as a stylised W. To be clear I dont see that there would be a picture of a building and the roof, its just an idea for the symbols you may incorporate. I have attached a picture of the roof style. If you google saw tooth roofs you will see what I mean.
