Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are launching a new store/web design solutions site targeting professional and work-from-home women. We need a logo that is professional and represents a feminine persona, all without being standoff-ish to men.

Whatever design we select will be placed at the top-left of the site, where the "PLEASE Viral Me" text is now. The design we select will also have to work with our existing color scheme. That is not to say that the design we select must be a color(s) from our site; it does mean that whatever logo we choose MUST blend with our site's color pallet.

Please be creative. We like minimalist designs; we would like to be able to utilize this logo as our favicon, too, so it needs to be recognizable at 16x16 size, as well as at site-logo size. We appreciate 3-D effects/shadowing, and we really like metallic-looking logos.

Let's try being more specific:  how about a 3-d metalic-ish globe surrounded by bright purple (like the color of the site's accent in the link provided in the brief) arrows or swooshes or lines or something.
