Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking to update & refresh my company logo after 18 months in business. I designed this first logo myself (I come from a graphic design & marketing background), and have always been happy with it, but I feel I need something a little different to represent the company in our next stage of growth.

I am looking for something fresh, fun, modern and bold. I would prefer something creative & bold (that pushes the envelope) rather than something corporate.

My company is called She's A Geek and it is as much a personal brand as it is a company. The feel of it is young, fun, hipster, geeky style. We specialise in helping small business incorporate cloud & mobile technology into their business as well as design web pages and manage social media.

My corporate colours are red (cf0000), white & grey (626262) & I don't mind if black is also used. I generally use bold fonts in my marketing and advertising especially Bebas Neue (see attached images). The Geek glasses have always been a signature of the brand too.

I'm looking for a logo that can by used in full colour, but also transformed into single colour. The best dimensions would be 2:1 ratio (eg. 800px*400px).

I will need the final design delivered in an illustrator or eps file + jpg & transparent background png versions.
