Since you wish to have the family crest included, please provide it in a vector format ( if you have , eps, ai, cdr ) or at least at better resolution. The dimensions of the crest you have uploaded, is poor quality and is not possible to rebuild it as vector, due to the details that are too fuzzy to understand. I am looking forward your reply.
