Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are an information technology sevices organization that specializes in information technology, software development, and network security. Our target audiences are small to medium size businesses and government contracts. Although we are an information technology company, I would prefer to have a logo that implies security (digital security). Maybe a shield, or something kind of tactical / military. Please, no locks, keys, or vaults on the logo. Binary 1s and 0s within the shield or incorporated in the logo would be interesting. I attached a couple of "ready made" logos that, combined, have that sort of look. The logo will be primarily displayed on a black "swat" looking vehicle (its actually a former ambulance being painted flat black as part of our information security theme). So the logo will be used on a black background, however, I must also be able to use it on a white background as well. I have also attached swat vehicles with their markings so you can get an idea for the look and feel or the logo. We would like to see designs that use blues and/or grays. We would also like to see our company name within the logo rather than beside, above, or below it.
