Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We have a gym in Dubai, the website is www.fitnesshq.ae (still unfinished but you can get an idea from what is there), and we are launching with an offer called 300 for 300.

We want a A5 flyer introducing the offer and linking it directly to the movie 300 (spartan one), use any of the iconic scenes in the movie, preferably one of king leonidas, and maybe write:
THIS IS FITNESS HQ

The only other copy should be:
First 300 members will have a membership fee of only 300 AED per month, for LIFE!
No joining fee, no hidden charges.

Then our tagline which is:
Your Space, Your Body, Your Fitness HQ

Our logo should feature heavily as can the flag of the UAE if you want it to. Also there should be a map of its location ( https://goo.gl/maps/za0Qe - it is NEXT DOOR to DECOART so please do not mention decoart - thanks)

We want this flyer to appeal directly and create an impact, so it has to be full of energy, and very well made. If you are just starting out as a graphic designer or just intending to copy/paste a template please dont waste your time and ours.
