Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need a design for a Construction management company - High end new residential homes. Our experience is with "Open Concept" homes that are spacious and wide open that incorporate Great rooms with kitchens and/or other rooms, spacious decks with views and outdoor kitchens, etc. contemporary as well as traditional. In my geographical market, a lot of the homes are going modern/contemporary. Unlike many builders, we offer a lot of design advice during the process of building to modify, add to the clients architectural design as the project progresses. Looking for a sophisticated logo design that exudes, quality and attention to detail. May or may not utilize the letters of our company name. Colors we like/prefer are: black, blue; grey. Might need to incorporate some sort of contemporary home sketch, section, or other. Logo could/should be designed with sub-parts that could be removed for a "simpler" logo to be placed on corners of stationary, envelopes, etc.
