As I understood, you want a t-shirt but you want us to use your actual attached logo? or you want to redesign that logo?, another question, do you want to use a tag line "Not only football/soccer, but also other sports" in the final design?

In which tshirt-colors are going to be print that logo?
And when you refer to a "Single color" it is a solid one (No gradients), or can be a variety of the same color (SOLID not gradient).

Sorry to make you confused

The reason why I attached logo was for your reference
It doesn't need to be attached.

We host varies sports leagues, so please don't use specific sport name or logo.

We will have at least 8 different colors, so it's going to be almost black or white without gradient.
Cuz we need to make the price down

But, what kind of design you want us to do?., and which what elements?, you want a T-shirt/Uniform, and you want the design one color (white or black) this is all you gave us, and an attached logo that we dont have to use, I got it until that part but please I suggest to upload a reference or something that can give us a better Idea about what you are looking for.
