As far as deliverables, we would need PSD and CODE. What code is being used? Please note that the site will need to be connected to a SQL database on the backend.

We want to use this design but we need an answer regarding deliverables before we can move forward. Please advise. Also, with regard to the graphics (particularly the main image on each page), are they permitted for commercial use? And finally, will the design include rollover effects for the menu bar (i.e., highlighting, color changes)? What were you envisioning for your design?
