What format do you want submissions in? A PDF mock up that would later be coded to html? Or do you want the actual html file and images?

Approximately how much text are you looking for in the newsletter? Do you want to also include social networking icons and what not?

Yes, the deliverable is a html encoded file which I can use as an email. The email will then be sent out to our mailing list subscribers.

However, please note that there are certain features which the email must have, specifically:
* must include the graphics and text I provide
* must have a coloured background, and retain the coloured background even if the email window is scaled up
* key information must be centered, even if the email window is scaled up.
* must look good when viewed by Outlook email.

Obviously, the final deliverable will be approved by me.

The submissions can be PDF if you like, that will give me an idea of your design skills. However, the final product needs to be a scalable email html file - and that is where I'm requiring some strong knowledge of html encoded emails. Only people skilled with email design should apply.

Having said all that, I will give preference to submissions in html with images, which demonstrate the ability to scale as I have requested.

Not a real lot of text, its a standard teaser email to promote a product. Will have links back to the website (see www.cloudlocale.com.au). There needs to be enough text to describe the product.

Probably no social networking icons.

Needs to have a low spam score as well!!
