Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a logo design for our fresh new IT startup. The logo should state either full company name "Joyful Craftsmen" (preferred), just shortcut "JC" or both.
We are going to be an ultimately technical company with strong focus on technical excellence, craftsmanship, professionalism, agile and lean development. Including powerful enjoyment of our work (together with our customer), always smiling.
Area of our technologies are web apps, desktop apps but first of all data warehousing. Customer area should be whole world.
We are not going to be a sweet company so we do not expect sweet/girl design (ping, cyan, cats etc.). Retro style is also something we are not looking for. We are more turned to the future of IT of 21st century.
As the name is quite long and also to have the logo somehow place-able to a web-site, would be nice to have it wider than higher.
On the other hand we don't wanna give you any additional hint as we rely on your imagination. So coloring included it's up-to you ;-)
Potential follow-up in corporate identity project etc. may come.

Reason: Hi designers,
thanks a lot for all your effort you've been putting into our logo proposal.
Due to the fact we are pretty busy now we decided to prolong about one week our contest. In a meanwhile I would like to approach several of you with some "change proposals," as we like several of the logos you already provided!
