Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for my new business in Dundee called Ultra Shade Tinting. I will be supplying and fitting different types of window film to automotive, residential and commercial glass windows. The main reason for this is to keep harmful U.V rays from damaging skin of furnishings or just to reduce glare. Other reasons include safety and security. I will be adding vehicle vinyl wrapping to my business within the next 6 months or so. My target market is anyone with glass haha so a logo that would be appealing to all ages, genders and back rounds would be great. I would also like the logo to have Black and yellow in the design. I would like the logo to have the words "Ultra Shade Tinting" underneath the logo or in some way separate to the logo its self. Thank you
