Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

This is a logo for a 9 unit condo project. They are loft-style town homes, with high ceilings and sleek, minimal finishes inside. Our clientele will be young professionals, single or coupled. Potential university students, as well.

The logo should be young, hip and simple. Bright yellow is being used as an accent colour in marketing but does not have to be part of the logo. Just something to keep in mind when choosing colours.
