What would your definition of ''way out'' be?

I do not have a reverse image nor a vector file. how would i get that? all I have is a png a jpg and a pdf version

i guess i want soemthing to attract the attention of an accountant

you have to provide the vector image for your logo. Speak with the one who did it :)

what text should be in the banner?

I do have a vector file, the pdf I supplied is a vector file according teh the guy who designed it for me

the logo you supplied is actually in jpeg format.

The logo would probably have been originally created using Adobe Illustrator or a similar vector-based program. 

May pay to check with the original designer again to see if they have something in higher resolution or vector format.
