Katalog-Design Kurzbeschreibung
Our company is seeking to create an employee handbook that lists all the terms of employment and serves a guide to working at our company.
We'd like a very professional multi-page booklet (perhaps A4 landscape) that we can handout to all employees. We've attached a Microsoft Word document with all the content. Designers should feel free to add stock photography or icons to enhance the design of the booklet, cover, sections, or any inner pages. We'd like the line spacing to be 1.5, so that it does not feel bunched.
Though we lack a formal style guide, most of our styles are already defined. Therefore, we'd like our titles, colors, and fonts to be universal throughout the handbook. However, as for basics, the background color for the inside pages should be white (although the cover should be black); the font color should be black (or #333333); the font should be Helvetica Neue (use Light and Regular and Bold depending on the case: i.e. Section Header, Normal Text); and the blue color could be used as accents - for instance in the footer; or as a solid line in the design or pages.
Finally, the designer should try and make the booklet as short as possible; even if that means using smaller font and spacing tactics.
I've attached a copy of the logo; an example of our Microsoft Powerpoint Template; our Letterhead; and also the Word Document that we need converted into a handbook.
