Any prefered sizes or printing process types? Or are you open for any possibilities?
You didn't mentioned a place for buying the tickets or a contact phone? It's ok to plan it on the final work?
Is there any multimedia work already planned for your event?

Sorry for the many questions...

No worries;
I don't have any preferred size. I would like to be able to use this for a couple different sized posters
Hadn't thought about processing other than repro; CYMK... So, yes, I'm open to other possibilities.

We're still working on the ticketing system; there isn't any other multi-media work planned at this time. There was earlier, but now we're down to a simple FaceBook page and as much "free" marketing as we can find...

And the idea behind the Event? Anti octoberfest, and kids beds?

von Besitzer des Projektes am Dienstag, 24. Juli 2012

every year we select one charity to support through Anti-Oktoberfest, so the idea behind the event is to allow local bands and locals breweries and food vendors to come out and show our community their best... I tell all the breweries and food vendors to brand their space so people will remember them and ask for them at other venues.

Beds for Kids is this year's selected charity... Here's a blurb from their website:

A couple of years ago Tim Rowley began witnessing an astounding number of marginalized families living in homes without beds and furniture. He saw families exhausting their weekly income on food, housing and gas bills which resulted in children sleeping on floors, couches and piles of clothes due to the inability of being able to afford essential furniture items.

In response to God's nudging and in obedience to his vision Tim began pursuing a resolution. He delivered essential furniture items to a couple families and then purchased a trailer to haul more items for those he wished to serve. The situation became clear that an organization whose sole purpose was to serve the furniture need was vital for the demand at hand. Soon thereafter, Daniel Fogarty and Brandon Holmes joined the Beds for Kids team and began to continue the vision with a shared enthusiasm for seeing its completion.

Beds for Kids is teaming up with other non-profit agencies, faith organizations and businesses to supplement the continuum of services to the economically disadvantaged in Charlotte. Tim Rowley continues as Board Chair, Daniel Fogarty serves as the Executive Director and Brandon Holmes is the Director of Operations & Partnerships.
