Hello,

I am looking for someone creative to help me design my Real Estate related manual. I am looking for something simple yet impressive. It would be designed around my logo and brand colors and I would also like it to have a local feel, perhaps with photos I could provide of my area/hometown. I am really shooting for an impressive company and branded look, while keeping it neat without too much going on.

I have the content that I would like to include, I am just struggling with the design of the manual in general.

I have attached a copy of my logo, my companys logo, and a publisher file of what I had previously done. Please do not think the design I previously used is something to work off of if you deem it better to use another feel. I am looking for originality, unless you can improve upon my old file. The content in the provided brochure will remain the same, it is the design aspect I need help with. Thanks
