Do you have a logo and/or text for the site?

Does it compatible with Prestashop or any other CMS software? I assume this is only a web template without  shopping cart functions etc...Thanks!

Are you looking for the template or thew psd design only. If it is design only then I am in. In case of providing template in Prestshop or in any other ECommerce environment the budget is very samll.
