Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Business/Name Description
We need a logo for our home rehabs/selling/buying business. The name of our business is Blue Ink Homes. The blue ink refers to the preferred ink color to sign contracts before color copy machines became common. Blue ink was more difficult to copy.
Speed will be essential to our business.
For Sellers: We can do same day offers and close on a home in less than two weeks and pay cash.
For Rehabs: We’ll have homes rehabbed within 1-3 months.
For Buyers: We have a top notch product under market value.
The final design should communicate that we are professional, knowledgeable, agile and not afraid of putting together creative solutions.

Colors
I’d like to see the logo on a white background. I love the blues that are shown in the attached picture. I actually love the picture overall, but not sure how to translate that into a logo.
We should probably use blue, unless you can come up with an interesting way to use a different color. Different hues of blue are ok.

Style
I’d like to see something modern, fresh, light/airy. It should show agility. 3D if it works (beveled).

Uses
I’d like to use this logo for a website, business card, flyers and signs

Words
The only words that need to be incorporated is “Blue Ink Homes”

Ideas*
1. Ink splatter morphing into a house or into a contract?
2. Use the ink in water look (see attached picture)?
3. Ink splatter from a contract which runs into a home?
