Beautiful design, thankyou.  We very much like your deign and are keen to see it in other colours against a black/charcoal background.  Could you also offer some other font suggestions, we do like the arial, simple looking fonts, but some suggestions and alternative colours to view variety would be great.  Thankyou, you are our favourite to date.

Could you also advise if you could offer us a package for logo, business cards and a stationary letter head.  We have had some local designers offer us similar packages for around the $325 mark.  Would you be interested in a package deal if we were to select one of your designs?  Thank you.

I did a basic draft to get a feel of what you want, it''s simple, elegant, yet you tell me not to submit anything else?  What type of feedback is that?  Then you change the rules.  Not fair at all. 

Hi Whispering Sagfe, thankyou for your feedback, yes the design you had submitted was quite basic.  The simple and elegant look we are after does not come through in the design you have submitted as we have said from the start that we are looking for something that will represent what we are selling and along the lines of a simple lounge or person relaxing.  We felt your design was too basic, and not the colours again that we had initially suggested in our brief.  I dont'' believe we have changed any rules, as we are able to update our brief, and in which we have to give deisgners a better idea of the colours and what we don''t want to ensure we are confident we can achieve what we are wanting by the end of this contest.  If you would like to read the brief again and would like to submit a design that relates to the brief then by all means feel free. Apologies if you are upset that we didnt like your design, and we appreciate the time you spent on the orginal design.

Yes, I did read the brief and submitted the first draft.  Proper feedback will then tell me (and other designers) which direction to go, to change the font, the color, the design, etc.  You came right out and said not to submit another design.  It does not bother me if you or anyone else does not like a design I submit, but no feedback and telling not to bother submitting any more was rude.  I can probably come up with over a dozen of all different ideas, given the proper feedback.  No, I won''t waste any more of my time on this, thank you. 

Thanks for your reply Whispering Sage, as a first time user on Design Crowd, I am looking for designers that have caught my eye right from the start.  I can see that we have the option to advise designers that do not appeal to us to select " not what we are after " and to also then select "do not submit any further designs", which of course was the case with yours.  I apologise if you personally felt that was rude, but I was on the understanding these were my options?  Good luck with your future designs and again thankyou for taking the time to submit a design to us, apologies I overlooked giving feedback, I didnt want to dissapoint with the feedback I had, which was that I simply felt that the feel of the basic design you submitted from the start was exactly that and did not capture our eye in any way.  Thankyou.
