Is a comprehensive breast care center that focuses on caring for women with breast cancer and other breast pathologies. We need a promotional and marketing brochure, in a tri-fold format, to provide information about our office and describe the services that we offer.

Deliverable

* The brochure should be completed by August 24th
* We will need the necessary files to get the brochure printed (.ai, .indd, etc).

Zielmarkt/( -märkte)

Primarily patients of age between 30+ and 70+. The brochure will also be placed in doctor's waiting room

Muss haben

• * Make use of the color scheme as the website (http://serenitysurgery.com, http://serenitysurgery.com/static/theme-fuchsia.png)
  * Incorporate the following graphic elements:
  * The company’s logo (provided as an attachment)
  * At least one images from the homepage
  * Photos of the primary doctor and her staff
  * Map to show the office location and phone number
  * Enclose a breast cancer self-exam card (http://serenitysurgery.com/static/shower-card.jpg)
  * A portion of the brochure must be detachable and serve as business cards that can be cut off (see attachment).
