Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a logo design for a new research institution based in Botswana (Southern Africa) called Botswana Institute for Technology Research and Innovation (BITRI). We have two major research thematic areas: (1) Technologies – Energy and Electronics, and Information Communications Technology (ICT), and (2) Natural Resources and Materials – Environment & Climate Change, Materials and Water.
We would like to see designs that are modern, fresh, and that use the color green as we believe in the concept of green technology / environmentally friendly. Our acronym - BITRI could be included in the logo but we don't want the full text of the organisation name included. I have attached the current logo concept that we have, but most of our team feels the green is too dark, and that the feel of the logo is traditional and too cluttered and doesnt speak to our image. The final design should communicate science and technology with and for society.
