Mila, your comment is inappropriate.  If you have the design, submit it.  If they like it they will let you know.  You are spamming the board with your advertisements, and it''s not right.  Are you that desperate?

Hi Robin, the $170 is for both parts, but the ? can be something quite simple.

What do you mean by ''the ?''... ?

There are 2 parts - the first is the text logo and the second is the question mark symbol.

They don''t know how to play fair. Very unprofessional.

The brief is really quite clear about what I want.
