Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a logo for my personal real estate business in Germany. My target group are people who are looking for flats and houses in the low price segment.
The name of the project will be Wohnfuxx – the translation 'Wohn' = Living and 'fuxx' stays for fox.
I envisage a darker red colour and a fox. Maybe combined together… but it shouldn’t be too playful. If you use a fox he can be made of just one line, but I am open minded to any suggestion.
The animal fox stays for cleverness in Germany. And my clients are clever as well, because they let me work for them . And I will help them finding a nice, comfortable and especially affordable home.
The logo should be vectorbased (for scaling). It is intended for web use, but of course also needs to look good on paper. It should be modern, fresh and professional at the same time.

Colours are not fixed, but continuing on the fox-theme, dark red and white seem to be best.
