This is our fist ever brochure. Fonts something easy to read. Not to intricate.

In respect to words we have to write something that includes:
1. Local advertising targets specific locations and markets
2. Cost effective compared to other forms of advertising
3. proven results
4. highly visible
5. quick turnaround

Dear owner of the project,

To advertise your business the brochure need to tell people how to get to you with their enquiries, quotes and questions. Such information includes phone number, address, website, email address.

To fill two sides of the brochure we also would need some good photos - possibly of existing boards, that you already have.
It would be great if you could provide some introduction for the business - couple of sentences what it's all about.
