Please confirm will the structure be same or shall we modify the site structure as per reference site , or you need only the color etc changes.

The colours should be as in dax.co.uk. The header should stay as in dax.co.uk
if not logged in the top menu will be: Home / About / Trade / Support
Logged in: Home / About / Trade / Support / Account
You are designing the "Trade" page. Do not worry about the graph as it is separate.

This submission is only of PSD of "Trade" page.
However, in case you are good at coding we can consider additional coding project to code this into HTML5 CSS.
