Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hey!

I need a brochure that reflects my hotel's (Beck's Motor Lodge) mid century modern feel while taking into account our excellent location in the Castro of San Francisco. I would like a fun brochure that is also sleek - on a rack of hotel brochures, I want ours to stand out, just like we do! Our building colors are quite bright - pinkish, blue and yellow - and are currently closely associated with us. Guests stay with us over and over again because of our wonderful location in the Castro (and very close to MUNI), our free parking (we're a motor lodge!), our free wireless internet and our reasonable rates. The final design should incorporate these things. In the coming year we will be going though renovations which will change our look (inside and out) and we will need completely new branding at that time as well.
