Postkarten-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a postcard to market university fairs in Southeast Asia. The fairs are organized by EducationUSA which is a program of the U.S. Department of State http://eca.state.gov/educationusa/

The audience for these postcards are U.S. higher education recruiters (not students). We want U.S. universities to sign up for the fairs.

The postcards will be handed out at large education conferences.

  Featured Colors: Red, White, and Blue
  - Should have a patriotic / U.S. government feel
  
  Logos: Must use the State Department logo and at least one EducationUSA logo (can use more but not required)
