No its the budget for all 3. But i dont expect 3 totally differnet themes. I need one banner to choose a designer we can work with on all three, and on future projects. I dont know anyone that pays £200 for one banner :)) but appreciate you need clarity.

Thats a good q and something thats been on my mind,
A more impressive banner can be achieved (even with my lack of design capabilities I can imagine use of a Shark being great visually with animation) but in your opinion what are the downsides?

I don't see that there would be any downside.

ok, then I think our theme, the Shark, the fin lends itself well to flash/animation.

I have designed 3 banners but I am having trouble uploading the animated files. Is there any other way to upload them?

I have zipped the animated files and uploaded it as the source file. Each png is just a static frame of each banner.

you cant upload .gif or .swf on designcrowd. You can upload jpg or png and than attach as source file zip file(with animation preview).
Thats one option, second is to use some other service like swfcabin.com and then give client a link ...
