Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a logo for our new project: Layoff Assurance. We cover individuals who were laid off by finding them new employment and paying them a portion of their lost finances until they find employment. I want something contemporary and modern. I am really leaning toward a royal blue and orange color scheme but am open to ideas. Our tag line will be "it's assurance when you need it most" the tag line doesnt HAVE to be in the logo. Again I a, really open to suggestions and have lost a lot of money dealing with another logo company on the internet so this is my last resort for a professional logo online.
