I have established a new company called "LiBtWfI" (pronounced lib-tweefee). It is a new acronym for "Leave It Better Than We Found It". LiBtWfI will be committed to providing the most sustainable solutions in energy supply and transportation (i.e., demand) in the world. LiBtWfI has patent rights to a 48V lithium battery designed to be industrial strength for off-grid communities in Africa and around the world. The battery will be built to last and provide energy every day for 10 years. It can literally empower the 1.5B folks who have no energy to own their own energy plant (when combined with a solar panel or wind turbine) - simple, cheap, and long-life. No coal plants, no nuke plants, no infrastructure, no power lines, no oil, no gen-sets, no noise, no emissions, no heat. The LiBtWfI battery can be placed in the home for lights, cooling, and water pumping. Easily (weighs less than 30 lbs) it can be placed into an EV mobility device such as a scooter, a wheel chair, a car, or a tractor. With the LiBtWfI battery a full paradigm-shift in energy and transportation is possible with a 10X improvement in efficiency and 10X reduction in structural costs. In essence the LiBtWfI battery provides FREEDOM for the folks who do not have electric lights, stoves, and scooters.
