a) Not clear about "pixels". The design size needs to work on a std facebook page, not sure if this answers your question.

Hi, I noticed that the verbage from my design was used in the final winner's design. I notice that the winner's design was revised to include my verbage. It is not word for word, but it is still very apparent that it was taken from mine. While they are just words, It would have at least been nice to have been given a comment that the verbage on my design was well-liked by you and that although my design was not chosen, that you would incorporate my words onto another designer's artwork.
